Our Team

Monica Landry comes to Innovative Strategic Partners as a co-founder of F.L.O.S.S. (F & L Organizational Support Services), a nonprofit organization that helps businesses with infrastructure. Its mission is to increase the organizational effectiveness and sustainability of mission-driven organizations, their programs, and projects through fiscal sponsorship, training, and development. Monica is also the owner of ML & Associates Bookkeeping Services, a firm that provides basic bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services to various companies within the state of Louisiana. 

 

Ms. Landry has worked in the for profit and nonprofit sectors in Accounting for more than twenty years and served as one of the first persons to hold the position of Fiscal Compliance Manager at the nonprofit organization, UNITY of Greater New Orleans. It was there that she developed her passion to assist local nonprofits to become financially sustainable.

 

Monica is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees. She is passionate about educating nonprofit Executive Directors on the importance of knowing and understanding their organization’s financials and financial reporting responsibilities.
