Fiscal Management

We will perform and support your organization’s fiscal operations, using our robust operational systems and financial transaction tools.

Financial Services

Accounting/Bookkeeping Services

  • Supervisory 

    • We will work in a supervisory capacity with your accounting staff, as needed. This includes reviewing account reconciliations and transaction coding of staff member(s) in financial software platforms

    • Within this capacity, we will not be responsible for any transactional input, only for reviewing and recommending that potential adjustments be made to questionable transactions made by accounting staff


  • Transactional 

    • We will help you switch from a cash- to accrual-basis accounting method, or vice versa

    • We will maintain/perform monthly bank and credit card transaction reconciliations

    • We will handle functions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, which includes processing payments, as well as creating and sending invoices regularly

    • We can provide staff training on Intuit QuickBooks, using an initial one (1) hour diagnostic assessment to determine the level and intensity of the training

Financial Reporting

  • We will meet with your Executive Team regularly to review financials (Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, and Profit & Loss Statement) and perform financial analyses of multi-year growth projections, expense tracking, and other relevant financial reports

  • We will work with your staff to provide accurate documents for tax prep completion; and participate as needed in financial audits and reviews, including document preparation (year-end reports, schedules, and other reports requested by auditor) and onsite support

Grant and Program Budget Development

From having multiple program budgets to adapting to ever-changing grant requirements, we create systems to ensure that your organization stays current and on track from start to finish.


We will develop a plan that organizes your development activities over the short-term, while keeping long-term aspirations as the focal point. This includes supporting fundraising campaign strategies, donor tracking, special events, and a targeted synchronized communications schedule. These activities will allow for a robust foundation for internal and external stakeholder reporting.
